Designed a role-based access control for an internal product used by 50% of employees, reducing security risk from high to medium. Previously, there wasn't a notion of permissions and everyone had admin access-level.
Giving internal teams temporary access to customer workspace
Designed an impersonation solution that gives internal teams time-limited access to customer workspace to support them during onboarding and troubleshoot problems. This solved a problem that 30% of enterprise-plan customers invited the Productboard team to their workspace.
