I’m Vojtech Pavelka, a product designer who enjoys translating complex problems into intuitive and delightful user experiences.
I currently work at Make, where I'm involved in every aspect of the product design lifecycle. This includes conducting user research, conception, detailed interaction design, and prototyping.
Before joining Make, I was at Emplifi. There, I worked on a social listening and analytics platform to help people monitor digital conversations on social media.
Prior that, I was at Productboard, where I designed development integrations and an internal product used by more than 50% of employees.
I believe in the importance of cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers in all stages of product discovery and delivery to understand customer needs and shape solutions.
Enabling people to retroactively update collected messages
When editing a listening query, people must duplicate the query and re-download already collected messages to match the new query condition. I designed a solution that enables people to decide whether they want to update already collected messages without duplicating the query and editing dashboards and alerts.
Improving security and compliance of an internal product used by more than 50% of employees
There isn’t a notion of permissions to differentiate the level of access to an internal product. All members can perform destructive actions that impact customer accounts and break important configurations. I designed a system of roles and permissions to improve security and compliance, reducing the security risk level from 7 (high) to 5 (medium).
Enabling internal teams to receive time-limited consent to access customer workspace
30% of enterprise-plan customers invite their success teams to their workspace to help them with onboarding and troubleshooting, which is considered high risk. I designed an impersonation solution that enables internal teams to receive time-limited consent to access customer workspace and help them maximize the value from Productboard. I took over the initial concept from Pavel Hamrik.
